A Dutch Government funded project started yesterday for the conservation of the Dutch Naval Commissioner’s housing scheme in Trincomalee. The chief guest was Presidential Advisor MP Basil Rajapaksa. Professionals form NPOC

The newly-established National Polls Observation Centre (NPOC) will monitor the forthcoming Sabaragamuwa and North Central Provincial elections to give a real picture of the election situation for the public, its officials said yesterday.
