Sajith sets new record

Former Kandy CC, Antonian SC, Colts CC, Tamil Union and Sri Lanka A player Sajith Fernando shattered the Balton League ID record of 173 set by Australian Brad Hogg with a blistering knock of 208 for his club Egerton during the weekend.

Fernando's trail blazing knock of 208 included 16 sixes and the same number of boundaries.

Fernando has already crossed the 400 run mark during this English season and has captured the best player of the league award during the last few years.
