Sri Lanka in MIFB 2008 Trade fair in Kuala Lumpur

Three Sri Lankan tea companies will be participating the Malaysian International Food and Beverage 2008 (MIFB 2008) the most focused food and beverage trade fair in Malaysia which is scheduled to be held it's ninth exposition from 10th to 12th July 2008 at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) Kuala Lumpur.

A senior official of the Sri Lanka Tea Board told Lankapuvath that 185 companies will be participating from over 25 countries, among the companies Sunshine Tea (pvt) Ltd, Michel White and Co.Ltd, and BPL Teas (Pvt) Ltd will be participating at this fair under Sri Lanka Tea Board Group Stand.

He further said that each year MIFB plays a pivotal role in bringing together Food and Beverage (F & B) industry players and professionals from around the world to interact, transact and explore unlimited business opportunities from a multi-billion market place. Its proven track record, popularity with visitors and success for exhibitors have earned itself accolades of being one of the most anticipated events of its kind in the region.
