Delmege Freight - Aramex join to offer total logistics solutions

Delmege Freight Services (Pvt) Ltd., a member of the Delmege Group and Aramex have entered into a strategic alliance combining their strengths in order to provide much needed total supply chain solutions using state-of-the-art technology for the benefit of its customers. They will jointly share their resources to make this venture a total success to their many clients.

Edwards and Country Manager - Aramex Sri Lanka Kaushal Baddegama at the exchanging of the agreements.

The Delmege Freight Aramex alliance will offer sea, air, ground transportation, freight forwarding, consolidation, customs brokerage, warehousing and distribution. A special focus of the alliance will be the offering of services in process analysis, design and management of the supply chain of its clients.

A completely integrated information and communication technology infrastructure will connect its worldwide operations, enabling a seamless flow of information between the alliance members and customers. The network is empowered by the state-of-the-art tracking system. It will also develop an array of customised IT solutions for its clients and train their staff on working with the technology.

The new venture will provide end to end logistics solutions, backed by the expertise of Delmege and Aramex. It will implement a quality management system that demonstrates its ability to consistently provide enhanced services. This will include a set of effective systems that measure customer satisfaction, in order to ensure continuous service enhancement.

Delmege Freight Services (Pvt) Ltd., is the logistics and freight forwarding arm of the highly diversified Delmege Group.

Delmege Freight provides total logistics solutions and today has a prestigious portfolio of corporate clients, which include multinationals.
