Rs. 3.4 m worth projects

The people living in Dandeniya and Hath Ella are benefited as a result of Mahinda Chinthana said the chief SLFP Organiser for Rakwana electorate and Provincial Minister of Agriculture in Sabaragamuwa PC, T. Ranjith De Soyza.

He was addressing a public gathering held after completion of construction work in Hath Ella and Dandeniya areas. Roads, culverts and other construction work were completed in the area worth Rs. 3.4 million under the village awakening programme.

The PC minister said President Mahinda Rajapaksa had launched several construction projects such as Gama Neguma - Jathika Saviya etc. The divisional politicians are able to construct their areas joining together with the public of these areas.

The villagers know what work should be given priority and how it can be done. The PS member Anoma Waduge was able to complete construction work which is worth Rs. 3.4 million.
