that govern winding-up or liquidation of Companies in Sri Lanka is
totally archaic said Economist, Dr. Harsha Cabral PC at a seminar on
Proposed Law on Revival and Rehabilitation of Companies organised by
the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of
