Michael has been appointed as Secretary to the Ministry.
Michael who holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration succeeds
P. M. Leelaratne who passed away three months ago. He joined Ministry of
Tourism in 1997 as Senior Assistant Secretary. (AGP)
