Orange Electric wins two Farnell International awards

Farnell the strategic business unit of OS Projects (Pvt) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Orange Electric was recognised as the international agent for Best Sales growth and Best Marketing initiative at the Farnell Regional distributor conference held at JW Marriot Hotel in Dubai last week.

Farnell Electronic Business was started in Sri Lanka in 1999 by Managing Director of Orange Electric Kushan Kodituwakku with the idea of catering quality Electronic components within days for the use by research scientists, Electronic design Engineers and maintenance and operation engineers.

Farnell catalogues includes 400,000 Quality different products of Electronic components, Test & Measurement Equipment and tools from world renowned manufactures in the world.

OS Projects will make these products available within seven working days to customers in Sri Lanka says the Manager for Farnell Priyashantha Premarathna who received these two awards at a glittering ceremony in Dubai.

He further said, that "this growth was due to the continuous process development and commitment to customer service which is the focus of Sajeewa Ranasinghe the CEO of the Sri Lanka Operation.
