Education Ministry mobile service

The Education Ministry and Provincial Education Ministries will hold a mobile service to look into grievances of teachers, principals and administrative and non-academic staff, Education Ministry sources said.

This is being conducted on Education Minister Susil Premajayantha's direction. The first mobile service will be held from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. today at Badulla Central College.

Academic and non-academic staff in the Uva Province can forward their issues or grievances at the mobile service where zonal, provincial and ministerial level officers will be present.

The mobile service will benefit 14,761 teachers in 831 schools where there are 277,330 students.
