TBWA/Asia Pac head ‘Disrupts’ advertising

GROUP: Vice President, TBWA/Asia Pac, Ian Thubron flanked by the TBWA/TAL team, headed by Managing Director Renuka Marshall.

Clients of TBWA/TAL last week experienced a mind-expanding presentation made by the Vice President of TBWA/Asia Pac Ian Thubron on “Disruption and-Media Arts.”

The twin themes are what differentiates the global ad agency network from other worldwide giants and has earned the group honour and prestige.

TBWA Worldwide has been named the most awarded and most creatively recognised agency in the world. TBWA/TAL was celebrating the first anniversary of becoming a part of the TBWA network.

With the new partnership, the agency team has been able to strengthen its relationship with clients through improved work practices and be exposed to emerging international trends while honing creative skills.

Ian was able to commence discussions with the agency’s key clients to hold need-based ‘Disruption’ workshops so that they can experience the exponential change the concept can offer - which is to evolve solutions disruptively rather than conventionally.

Clients were also able to get an astonishing insight into ‘Media Arts’ that has changed the way consumers in today’s high-tech environment respond to brands and how they can be successfully reached and engaged.

Ian spent two days with the team at TBWA/TAL bringing them up to date on the group’s priorities in its quest to become a top ten global leader, not just in advertising, which they have successfully achieved, but among all industries in the world.

At the end of the session, Ian presented TBWA/TAL’s Managing Director Renuka Marshall with a giant replica of the global group’s disruption’ mnemonic to mark the first anniversary of the partnership.
