Hemasiri chief of Archery Association

Chairman of National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka and Vice President of Common Wealth Games Federation Hemasiri Fernando was appointed as the Interim Committee Chairman for the Sri Lanka Archery Association.

The letter of appointment was handed over to Fernando by Minister of Sports Bandula Basnayake at a simple ceremony held on Tuesday at the Ministry Auditorium.

The other members of the Committee comprise former and present personnel from services. They are Rohana Nanayakkara, Air Vice Marshal Elmo Perera, Brig. Edward Thangaratnarajah, DIG Sirisena Herath and Commodore K. G. C. S. Fernando. BP
