No infiltration of terrorists in Tamil Nadu - Army Officer
Naxalite activities have been reported in Tamil
Nadu but the state was free of infiltration of terrorist groups, a
top Army official said. "There is no infiltration of terrorists in
Tamil Nadu," Commander of Southern Army Command Lt. Gen. Nobel
Thamburaj said in Vellore apparently referring to reports about the
movement of LTTE cadres and a recent e-mail threatening of bomb
explosions in some areas of the state.
