American express cardmembers to receive more rewards

In the spirit of the celebration of the season of giving, Nations Trust Bank PLC announced yet another unprecedented offer whereby American Express Cardmembers will be awarded an extra 5 Membership Rewards Points for every Rs. 100/= spent on their credit card at partner merchants.

Valid till the end of the year, this promotion will see Cardmembers benefiting with 5 times more on their regular Membership Rewards points when they shop at selected partner outlets such as ODEL, Alpha Orient Lanka, Gabbana, Levis, EPSI-i Store, The 1864 (Galle Face Hotel) and the Mango Tree.

Elaborating on the mechanics of the programme he further explained that when a Cardmember spends Rs. 10,000/- at a partner merchant, he automatically gains 100 Membership Rewards points. However this season, all Gold and Green credit card members will receive five times more points, with 500 rewards points being offered, courtesy of American Express and our esteemed partner merchants.
