Dignitaries and local business leaders yesterday joined Hemas Travels to celebrate the company's formal re-branding of its corporate travel arm to HRG Sri Lanka. General Manager HRG Partner Management, Adrian Woodward, who flew in from the UK to support HRG Sri Lanka as they adopt the HRG branding and as they enter the next stage in their corporate development, said, "Sri Lanka is an important part of our worldwide network.

Riza and his team embrace the same dedicated approach as HRG to adding value to clients' corporate expenditure and delivering service excellence. We look forward to a continued successful relationship with HRG Sri Lanka."

Director HRG Sri Lanka Riza Ahamat, said, "In August 2006 we took the decision to join the HRG worldwide network, as we felt that the growing needs of our corporate customers was to have a globally enabled service and product offering, and thus the need to procure from a global perspective, to give best value.

This has proved enormously successful. As part of a worldwide organisation, HRG Sri Lanka offers clients local market knowledge together with increased international support and an extensive range of value-added products"

"Only recently we have been successful in winning the corporate travel management accounts of both the British High Commission and the British Council in Sri Lanka and other large corporate clients. Re-branding our corporate travel division to HRG Sri Lanka demonstrates our commitment to the HRG worldwide network.

We are delighted that so many of our business partners and HRG colleagues from the Middle East and West Asia have joined us to help celebrate this special occasion", Ahamat added.
