Randeniya shines for Joes

St. Joseph's College, Enderamulla recorded a first innings win over much fancied Royal College, Colombo in their U-13 Astra trophy match played recently.

Praveen Randeniya played a brilliant innings on behalf of the outstation team and acted the key role in lifting their total to 162.

Royal College collected only 92 runs in reply .

St. Joseph's College: 162 (Praveen Randeniya 76, Jude Perera 18, Harsha Fernando 14, S. Sumanasinghe 4 for 42)

Royal College: 92 (S. Premamaho 21, K. Pasquel 18, Romold Perera 4 for 25, Jude Perera 4 for 12, 2 for 0)
