Lankan aid for B'desh cyclone hit

The Government donated US $ 25,000 as relief assistance to victims of the Bangladesh cyclone.

This is being made as a symbolic manifestation of the cordial and friendly relations between the peoples of the two countries.

Sri Lanka also conveyed its sympathies to the families of the victims and its solidarity with the Government of Bangladesh.
