Win a prize from Santa at Mount Lavinia Hotel

The Daily News offers prizes for 50 budding writers this christmas! Prizes worth Rs. 250,000 for the 50 best letters to Santa. Each winner will get a prize pack worth thousands of rupees, and an invitation for a Christmas party with Santa hosted by the Mount Lavinia Hotel.

The competition is open for children aged six to 12. They have to write a letter of 50-75 words and send it to Aunt Mali’s Children, Daily News Editorial, Lake House, Colombo 10. on or before December 1, 2007. Put on your thinking caps and write an enchanting letter to Santa Claus!
