ACCA national conference begins tomorrow

ACCA Sri Lanka’s third National Conference on the theme, ‘Creating the DNA of Tomorrow’s Professional’ under the ACCA Global Series banner ‘Professionalism and Ethics’, begins tommorrow (9) at the Cinnamon Grand Colombo.

With the inauguration graced by Minister for Investment Promotion and Industrial Development Sarath Amunugama and ACCA (Global Council) Vice President Brendan Murtagh, the keynote speaker at the inauguration will be CEO of Dialog Telekom Hans Wijeyasuriya.

The second day’s Technical Sessions will be led by three renowned speakers, concluding with an interactive Open Minds Forum.

Papers being presented are ‘Tomorrow’s Professional’s Toolkit’ by Executive Vice President of WNS Global Services and Managing Director of WNS Sri Lanka Dushan Soza, ‘Professionalism as a driver for Sustainable Profits’ by Senior Lecturer in the Policy Strategy and Performance Group, Cranfield School of Management, Ruth Bender and ‘Creating a Professional Organisation’ by Executive Vice President, John Keells Holdings Krishan Balendra.
