Triad wins honours for “TV Ad of the Year” at Sumathi Tele Awards
ACCOLADE: Triad became the top award winner in the category at
the recently concluded Sumathi Tele Awards, followed by Grant McCann and
JWT respectively with LEO Burnett and Trad Lanka winning Merit Awards.

The judging panel comprised industry professionals including senior
creative personnel of reputed ad agencies.
A senior member of the Triad Team said: The Api Venuwen Api campaign
created by us for Sri Lanka Forces succeeded in moving the entire
nation, transcending caste, creed and religious differences.
The overwhelming success of the recruitment campaigns which followed
this communication exercise, proved the power of the campaign to touch
the common man.
The support extended by the media by way of providing unparalleled
free media space which amounted to around Rs. 500 million, made this
campaign “a one of a kind” national communication initiatives ever to be
launched in the country.
