Doorstep Banking from ICICI

LAUNCH: ICICI Bank recently launched its Doorstep Banking service, bringing all banking services to the doorsteps of their account holders.

Doorstep Banking is just one of a host of new and innovative services introduced by technologically savvy ICICI Bank that empowers consumers. And empowerment is what it’s all about.

ICICI uses customer convenience as a strategic tool across all their business lines and by activating this proposition in a single-minded and meaningful way, the Bank is able to integrate and enhance the value of their diverse products, services, and offerings, while optimizing the costs for their customers.

Since opening in Sri Lanka, the Bank has been highly successful in attracting a growing number of customers through its unique retail and corporate products, including Doorstep Banking, an exceptional ATM network totaling 800 islandwide [regardless as to whether its an ICICI ATM or not], personal loans, Auto and Motorbike loans and speedy remittance services.

13 Drop Boxes have been installed, one at each of Colombo city’s Lanka IOC petrol stations for the convenience of account holders.

By completing a one-time free-subscription Registration Form, together with the requisite Request Form, customers could drop their cheques for collection, use it for cash withdrawal, apply for Pay Orders, funds transfer, cheque book request, fixed deposit request, and many other Bank services processed and delivered to their doorstep within 24 hours.
