Businessman missing

COLOMBO: Nadesan Veyulatham, a seventy-two-year-old businessman of Wellawatta, had been abducted while on his way home near Fussels Lane, Wellawatta on Thursday night at about 8.15.

Nadesan's son V. Thevaraj had complained to the Wellawatta Police about the abduction.

Veyulatham, a co-owner of a Pharmaceutical Centre in Wellawatta was returning home after closing the Pharmaceutical Centre when he was abducted, the businessman's son told the Police.

Colombo DIG Rohan Abeywardena had deployed a special police team to trace the missing businessman.

The Wellawatta Police is conducting investigations.
