Cathay Pacific flies down Sir Cliff Richard
TOUR: Cathay Pacific Airways the official airline for the musical
show, “Here & Now” flew down the biggest hit maker in Britain, the
legendary Sir Cliff Richard to Sri Lanka from Yokohama.
Cathay Pacific the national carrier of Hong Kong has been responsible
for the pop star and his 23-member crew’s travel on the Asian segment of
his tour that covered Dubai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Japan and Colombo.
Manori Jayasekera, the Sales and Marketing Manager of Cathay Pacific
Airways said, “We are honoured to be associated with his spectacular
musical extravaganza and very happy to have flown Sir Cliff Richard down
from Yokohama via Cathay Pacific Airways.
The much-admired Sir Cliff was very friendly and with his easygoing
unassuming personality, built a rapport with the local crowd immediately
upon his arrival.”
