Kodak introduces picture Kiosk G4 machine

NEW MACHINE: Eastern Kodak Company introduced a new Kodak
picture Kiosk G4 to the digital photo printing market last week. The
printing machines were unveiled by CEO Millers Ltd Anthony Page.

"The demand for retail digital printing continues to soar owing to
the wide availability of camera phones & digital cameras and Kodak
remains ever-committed to developing the most approachable, highest
quality products and services that benefit both retailers and consumers"
Country Manager (Sri Lanka and Maldives) Kodak Sanjika Perera said.
Kodak picture Kiosk G4 is now available at ODEL Union Place and
Vinhams Bambalapitiya. 85,000 Kodak picture Kiosk G4 are available
worldwide. The Millers is planning to employ more kiosk units islandwide.
Millers expects to introduce a digital camera to the market in Sri Lanka
shortly. I can say that we have grown almost 15 per cent in our
business, Sanjika Perera said.
The company said Kodak picture Kiosk G4 is used to transfer the
images from camera phones to kiosks trough blue tooth technology. High
quality image, navigation control on a large memory cards and extra life
through laminated water proof printouts are promised by Millers Ltd.
One of the partners Vinhams Bambalapitiya said in two minutes they
can generate the print and the printing machine is like a companion
where we can talk, involve with it direct as well.
A complete training and loan schemes can be arranged through HNB,
People's Bank and Lanka Puthra Development Bank. |
