YMCA junior ranking tennis tourney ends

TENNIS: The YMCA Junior Ranking Tennis Tournament which concluded was a tremendous success. The finals of the tournament were played at the redeveloped YMCA courts in Mount Lavinia. Gayanga Weerasekera won the boys' under-16 event and S. Wijesinghe won the girls' event.

A Jeyawickrama was victorious in the under-14 boys' event and S. Wijeyasinghe in the girls' event. Lionel Almeida, the Chief Executive Officer of Sri Lanka Tennis Association will give away the prizes at the awards ceremony today.
