Navin Jayasekara, an infant of 7 months of Talangama Heenatikumbura is suffering from an acute heart ailment diagnosed as 'Complete A.V. Canal Defect.

He has been recommended an urgent heart surgery which is estimated to cost Rs. 300, 000. The child's parents say they are unable to foot this bill due to their present economic plight.

They request philanthropists and the public to assist their child's cause by sending whatever financial contributions possible to help expedite the surgery. All contributions should be remitted to account number 208-2-001-8-1295844 at the People's Bank, Battaramulla Branch.
