Help save infant Lakshan's life

Samuditha Lakshan, a four-month-old infant is suffering from an acute heart ailment and Consultant Heart Surgeon Dr. P. A. Gunaratne of Sri Jayawardenapura Hospital has recommended an early surgery to save his life. The surgery including other disposable items is estimated to cost Rs. 160,000.

Child's father Sumith Liyanage states he is unable to foot this bill as he is a casual minor employee who has to lookafter a family of three children. He humbly requests philanthropists and the general public to send whatever financial contributions possible to help expedite the surgery.
