Holy Cross College, Colombo has launched a special program to offer a counselling service and rehabilitate students in areas affected by the December 26 Tsunami tidal wave. A press release issued by the schools OBA President Ivan de Almeida said, "With the desire of not waiting for the state to come to our rescue at this moment. The Old Boys' Union of Holy Cross College, Kalutara, along with the Principal Rev. Bro. Ranjith Perera, has already planned to launch a timely project, Specially to maintain a steady mental stability of students who are affected by "Tsunami", and to assist them to continue their education without any hindrance.
