61 Bangladeshis headed for Italy held

COLOMBO, (AFP)

Police Friday arrested 61 Bangladeshis for overstaying their visas amid suspicion they were planning to leave the island illegally and travel to Italy, police said.

The men were taken into custody in a pre-dawn raid on a lodge in Colombo, the official said
