Shivanga excels in malaysia Shivanga Ranasuriya of St. Peter's College had a successful tour of Malaysia where he excelled with the bat for the Sri Lanka under-15 team. This promising batsman hit a top score of 60 in one game which earned him the Man-of-the-Match award. In the concluded season Shivanga performed well with the bat scoring over four hundred runs and also captured eleven wickets. He had a top score of 106 against St. Sebastian's College, Moratuwa and returned best figures of 4 for 11 in the same match. He was a member of the St. Peter's under 14 team which reached the semi-finals of the Inter-schools Division One Tournament in 2002 and was also a member of the under-13 team which won the Inter-schools Division Two Tournament in 2001. |
