Dr. Jenny Willis-a well-known author and doctor and Dr. N. Yoganathan will arrive in Colombo on March 5. Although they come from two different initial disciplines, they have found common ground in their mutual interest in human psychology, personal development, anthropology, philosophy and the interconnection among so many different disciplines. Together, they have developed an approach to dealing with mental health issue which ignore the constraints of traditional boundaries. Through this blend of medical, educational and managerial expertise, they offer personal and professional support, tailor-made to the needs of their clients. Dr. Jenny Willis has a rare combination of academic and professional skills. She has authored academic text books, books on fiction and is a poet. Dr. N. Yoganathan graduated in medicine at Colombo University, has a Diploma in Psychological medicine (Conjoined Board-Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland). He is also a member of the group Analytical Society of London, has also specialised in child psychiatry, old age psychiatry, drug and alcohol abuse, forensic psychiatry, rehabilitation and psychotherapy. He has worked in a variety of NHS (National Health Service) and Independent Sector Hospitals in England.
