Romani-Formula winner at Pannala by Bernard Perera The Formula Ford Race which was the last event on the Pannala International Track last Sunday was one of the most interesting one among the others. This race which was won by Romani de Silva saw all other competitors battling all the way for minor places. The drivers being Rohan de Silva, Rizvi Farook and Sashika Dias. They were seen changing places cap by lap at one stage De Silva had the advantage of securing the second slot. But for his bad luck mechanical problems forced him to pull out of the race. Rohith de Silva, Rajitha Cooke, Rameez Mahamoor, Buddhika de Silva and Sheran Fernando were the other who performed well on this track. |
