The Dharmavijaya Foundation has sought benefactors (Kepakaru Dayakas) to sponsor Samanera bhikkhus ordained under the Bhikkhu ordination project organised by it in collaboration with the Bodhiraja Foundation of Embilipitiya. Dharmavijaya Foundation President Y. W. Gunawardane in a press release said yesterday the Bhikkhu ordination project is aimed to arrest moral and social decadence which has resulted from the dearth of leadership at the village and community level today. Weligama Gnaratana Anunayake Thera Ven. Dr. Omalpe Sobhita Thera and Ven. Gantune Assaji Thera.
