The next round of peace talks between the Government and the LTTE will take place at a yet to be determined location in Europe. The venue change from Thailand to Europe was done at the request of LTTE chief negotiator Anton Balasingham who will travel to the talks from his residence in London. The talks are fixed for February 7-8, a media release from the Royal Norwegian Embassy stated. |
