Ven. Unapana Ariyadhamma Thera (34), who is now disabled seeks generous help from the public to obtain further treatment in a hospital in Singapore.

Ven. Thera had undergone surgery for the compression fracture of the spine in 1989 after he met with an accident in India. Now he has difficulty in walking and numbness of both legs. He has been advised to do a regular follow up on a long-term basis. The Consultant Neurosurgeon Dr. Prem Pillay of Singapore has told the Ven. Thera that they need to evaluate his problem prior to any surgery and that would cost him about US $ 3,000.

Those willing to help him are kindly requested to send in their contributions to A/C No. 8853256501, Commercial Bank, High Level Road, Maharagama, Sri Lanka.
