The Philatelic Bureau of the Department of Posts will issue four New Postage Stamps in the denominations of Rs. 4.50, Rs. 16.50 Rs. 23.00 and Rs. 26.00 today to mark the 14th Asian Athletic Championships - 2002 Colombo.

The first day of issue ceremony will take place at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium Camp Post Office at 6.00 p.m. on this day.

The Chief guest in this ceremony will be Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.
