A domesticated tortoise, which lost the use of its hind paws after being hit by a stray bullet in Rio de Janeiro shanty-town, August 6, 2002. The 20-year-old animal was learning to walk, or roll, using its front paws and a pair of wheels from a television rack, attached to the bottom side of its shell with adhesive bandage. 
Bhutto will fight Pakistan poll, even from prison

Former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto said on Tuesday she would defy a ban on her participation and contest Pakistan's general elections in October -- even if it meant doing so from a prison cell.
