Millennium Bowling Club, the first bowling club of Sri Lanka is having their inaugural bowling competition for their membership in the month of April 2002. Le Kandyan Hotel, Kandy and the Culture Club, Dambulla are the main sponsors of the challenge. Events of the competition are Gents Singles, Ladies Singles.

Participation for the competition only for the membership starting rounds of the bowling competition will be held till April 20 at the Y2K bowling centre at Millennium Park. Competition will be starting and finals will be on 30th April. Participants can register their names at the centre under their membership number.

This competition will be the fifth competition at the Y2K bowling center for this year and lot of bowling enthusiasm, public gathers for the type of events at the center. Here the General Manager of Le Kandyan Hotel, Samantha Gunaratne hands over the sponsorship package to Hiran Serasinghe, CEO of Link Recreation Pvt. Limited.
