Neethi Sahana Centre, SEDEC organise contest

The 'Neethi Sahana' centre for Protection and Enforcement of Human Rights, Kandana in association with SEDEC has organised a contest to select 3 persons who have made a major contribution in the field of protection and enforcement of human rights (specially children and women rights) and offer them medals and cash prizes in recognition of such service.

A spokesman for 'Neethi Sahana' said the winner of the first prize in this contest will receive a cash prize of Rs. 25,000 and a gold medal. The winner of the second prize will receive Rs. 10,000 and a silver medal and the third prize winner will receive Rs. 5,000 and a bronze medal.

Those wishing to take part should submit a short dissertation about their service in Sinhala, Tamil or English on or before 15th April this year to 'Neethi Sahana', Balasuriya Lane, Kandana.

Prize winners will be selected by an eminent panel of Judges and their decision will be final.
