With the commissioning of the first Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at the Commercial Bank branch in Jaffna on Wednesday, Jaffna now has electronic banking facilities. This facility was made possible by the Sri Lanka Telecom providing satellite link for the purposes commercial Bank services said.
