Kenya
open historic tour at NCC today
by Sa'adi Thawfeeq Kenya has named their full contingent of batsmen for their two-day lung-opener of their Sri Lanka cricket tour against a Development Squad commencing at the NCC grounds today. The Development Squad underwent a late change yesterday when opener Dhammika Sudarshana was forced to withdraw from the squad of 13 due to a knee injury and Pradeep Hewage was drafted in as replacement. Mahesh Perera and Rashan Peiris have been left out of the final 11. This will be Kenya's only warm-up match before they take on Sri Lanka 'A' in an unofficial three-Test series.
