PM, Vavuniya GA discuss humanitarian measures

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe held discussions with the Government Agent of Vavuniya yesterday on humanitarian measures that could be taken for the convenience of Wanni civilians, a UNP Media release said.

They discussed the hardships faced by Wanni residents in their day-to-day lives and possible ways of minimising such difficulties.

Rehabilitation, Resettlement and Refugee Affairs Minister Dr. Jayalath Jayawardana and Prime Minister's Secretary Bradman Weerakoon also joined the discussion.
