Seminar on Taxation

A seminar organized by the Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation, will be held at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute on August 8.

President of the Institute D. D. M. Waidyasekera, CEO, Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation D. H. M. Premaratne Banda will speak at the seminar, on the salient features concerning the recent amendments to Tax Statutes by H. B. A. Seneviratne - Senior Deputy Commissioner General of Inland Revenue, Tax Issues on Adoption of IFRS by Shamila Jayasekara, Partner KPMG, ATII (Sri Lanka) Legal, Administrative Practical Issues experienced by tax payers on Tax Returns, Assessments, Appeals by B. D. U. Jayanetti - Former Commissioner of Inland Revenue, Tax Incentives for Investments and P. Guruge - Tax & Investment Consultant, FTII (Sri Lanka) will be the other speakers.
