Milcris mulls leisure, education projects

Milcris Private Limited, the Oman based leading construction
consultancy company is set to launch its Sri Lankan operations shortly
in a bid to achieve post-war opportunities here.
Oman based Milcris is a 100% Sri Lankan owned company, headed by Sri
Lankan CEO Millan De Silva. The company currently is looking for more
business opportunities in the fields of leisure and education in Sri
Lanka .
The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of project management
and cost management services, including quantity surveying and project
controls. Milcris as a part of its ongoing regional expansion plan will
also open two new branch offices in Qatar and UAE in the near future.
Milcris is the preferred project management, quantity surveying and
cost consultancy service provider in the region with an annual turnover
of approximately $ 6 million.
Commenting on the future growth aspirations of the company, Millan De
Siva said that Milcris hopes to increase its annual turnover from $ 6
million to $ 10 million by the end of 2013.

clients while achieving growth and return to our company and
sustainable levels of competitive quality growth and delivering
superior value creations will be achieved by building on existing
positions and focusing on strategic market development,” De Silva
said.
The company currently handles multi-billion mega projects and has
completed 43 mega projects in the fields of Retail, Tourism ,Industrial,
Health, Education, Aviation and other sectors to the tune of $ 1
