Presidential proclamation for Northern PC polls
President Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday issued a
proclamation calling for the holding of elections to the Northern
Provincial Council. Commissioner General of Elections Mahinda
Deshapriya was officially notified about this yesterday, said
