Paying taxes through SMSs

The people of the Hambantota district can pay their taxes to the Pradeshiya Sabhas through SMSs, parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa said.

He said so addressing a meeting at the Hambantota Administration Complex auditorium recently. He said Pradeshiya Sabhas will be computerized. The people will be able to obtain speedy services from the Pradshiya Sabhas, he said.
