Seva Vanitha lottery draw

The draw of the second lottery organized by the Civil Defence Force Seva Vanitha Unit to fund the third stage of its housing programme for the needy War Heroes was held at the Kebetigollewa Maithripala Senanayake Public playground on Sunday under the patronage of Child Development and Womens Affairs Minister Tissa Karaliyadda and North Central Province Chief Minister S M Ranjith Samarakoon.

Nearly 300 houses will be built under the third stage with the labour contribution of Civil Defence Force personnel, said Seva Vanitha Unit chairperson Kumudini Peiris. About132 houses have been built under this programme, she said.

Civil Defence Force Director Rear Admiral Ananda Peiris and other officials were also present at the lottery draw.

The winning numbers are 0698535 (Three-wheeler), 0464774 (Three-wheeler), 0969427 (Two wheel tractor), 0030001 (Honda Scooter), 0580112 (Honda Motor cycle), 0923423 (Refrigerator), 0036371 (Washing Machine), 0913088 (TV set), 0422885 (Sewing Machine), 0096281 (Bicycle) and 0264297 (Bicycle).
