would bring Lyceum to one of the best international schools in Sri
Lanka.
"Today in many aspects we have come to many targets physically
throughout this twenty years Lyceum has won National and International
awards in sports, drama, literature, academic and productivity.
"Today I would like to thank and grateful to the members who worked
untiredly and helped throughout this 20 years. Specially my wife Grero
sacrificing her life totally for your benefit. I must thank the
teachers, staff and support staff who were with us in this long journey.
A lot of gratitude for academic and non academic staff who helped us
from the beginning. I am really proud of the 20 years in service.
"Education is not only the knowledge. Education has to have social
skills, to respect each other, to have fun but nice fun. Some children
do not really get the essence of what we deliver.
"People should know that this is a nonprofitable organization and for
last 20 years we have spent all the funds for education and knowledge.
If there is surplus and extra profit we spend it the benefit of our
students' education." |
