All round performance by Charith

Charith Hasalanka scored a well compiled 84 runs and captured 4 wickets for 25 runs to help Richmond College register a 137 run win against Rahula College in their under 17 division one cricket encounter played at the Uyanwatta stadium.

Richmond opting to bat first scored 258 runs in 48.2 overs. Charith Hasalanka scored 84 runs while Pasindu Bimsara scored 51 runs. The two of them shared a 144 run partnership for the third wicket. Randika Epa scored 53 runs. Dakshina Sugishwara, Dinuka Madushan, Thilina Manage and Kalana Hasanga captured two wickets each.

Charith Hasalanka captured four wickets while Udara Kumarage captured three wickets to restrict the Rahula innings to 121 runs in 37 overs. Dakshina Sugishwara scored 24 runs.
