Lasith slams ton to lead STC Matara to win

STC Matara skipper Lasith Lakshan slammed 109 runs in 89 balls with
fourteen boundaries and a six to lead his team to a five wicket win
against big match rivals St Servatius College in their under 17 division
one match played at the Uyanwatta stadium.
St Servatius on being asked to bat first were bowled out for 164 runs
in 38.3 overs. Skipper Lochana Mohotti scored 74 runs in 93 balls with
eleven boundaries and two sixes to give his team’s score some
respectability. Vidath Jayanidu and Nimantha Kawishwara captured three
wickets each.
