Regional cuisine as its monthly promotions and the Month of May it will
be Venetian specials.
Italian cuisine is noted for its regional diversity, abundance of

The Veneto promotion from May 15 to the 31 offers Tortellini di
Valeggio (fresh pasta stuffed with beef, pork and vegetables served with
tomato, cream, oregano and parmesan), Grigiliata Misto (mixed grilled
meat - pork chop, bacon strips, chicken, pork sausage and beef, served
with grilled polenta), Fegata alla Veneto (pan fried beef liver with
onion, sage and white wine and Calamari con Mozzarella (baby squid
stuffed with fresh mozarella, bell pepper, zucchini, eggplant and served
with tomato salsa and reduction of Balsamic vinegar).
The Bayleaf restaurant, gives the ideal recipe for a fine dining
experience, set in a well preserved over 100 year old Colonial mansion,
extensive menu with range of fresh pasta, meat and fish specials, a
