The Veneto promotion from May 15 to the 31 offers Tortellini di Valeggio (fresh pasta stuffed with beef, pork and vegetables served with tomato, cream, oregano and parmesan), Grigiliata Misto (mixed grilled meat - pork chop, bacon strips, chicken, pork sausage and beef, served with grilled polenta), Fegata alla Veneto (pan fried beef liver with onion, sage and white wine and Calamari con Mozzarella (baby squid stuffed with fresh mozarella, bell pepper, zucchini, eggplant and served with tomato salsa and reduction of Balsamic vinegar).
